As a yoga and meditation teacher, my teaching style is guided by trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and anti-racist approaches. I aim to support practitioners in nourishing their relationships with themselves, others, and the collective. I believe that rest is a practice of resistance and I strive to teach in a way that invites a curious and kind exploration of embodied experience with an intention for individual and collective liberation at its core.
I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at Downward Dog Yoga Studio. I have also continued my education to earn further certifications in restorative yoga, yoga nidrā, somatic movement and integrative biomechanics.
